Each Partner is specialized in different service area. The services are structured differently in accordance with national laws, regulations, customary practice, and other factors. We continuously strive to improve these services to meet the
growing expectations of our esteemed customers.

Started in the year 1994 as audit firm in Bangalore with an ambition to provide services in the area of accountancy and audit our legacy of vast experience and exposures to different types of industries made us rapidly adaptable to the changing needs of the time and technology by not only increasing our ranges of services but also by increasing quality of service.

With diversification, our professional practice is not only limited to Bangalore but has crossed over to the other parts of India with a motto to provide “One Stop Solutions” to all our clients with over 200 staffs including 40 Chartered Accountants are working for this motto. The firm is placed in Malleshwaram with 10,000 sq. feet of office space and having branch in Chennai

Each of the four divisions (Audit and Assurance, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Management Consultancy) is headed by a partner with talent pool at the operational level. Firm has partners who are also qualified CPAs (USA) and also have the experience of handling US GAAP assignments.

• He is Partner of the firm Vishnu Daya & Co. LLP and specialises in Audit & Assurance and Direct Taxation.
• He has been serving clients since over 15 years and has served as the audit partner for several clients including Indian subsidiaries of global MNCs.
• He advises clients on non resident taxation, structuring inbound and outbound investments, direct tax and Company law compliances.
• Specializes in the area of international tax and transfer pricing. Considerable experience in advising companies on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing planning, documentation & controversy management and assisting companies in international tax planning.
• Worked with a number of Indian and multi-national companies in the information technology and manufacturing sector.
• He also has experience in representing clients at various hearings.

• He qualified as a CA in the year 2006. He is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance practice
• He is the Client Service Partner for the firm clients based at Chennai and Bangalore
• He has led and managed audits for large domestic and multinational entities. He has
  worked with clients in various industries including automotive, manufacturing, real
  estate, life sciences, and technology sectors. He has handled engagements reported
  under several GAAPs for multinational and Indian companies.
• He is conversant with the requirements of IND AS and translation of accounts into IFRS.
