Due date for filing SEZ Annual Performance Report for FY 2024-25 is 30th September 2025

This is to inform you that the due date for filing the SEZ Annual Performance Report (APR) for the financial year 2024-25 is 30th September 2025.

As per Rule 22 of the SEZ Rules, 2006, every SEZ unit is required to submit the APR in Form I to the Development Commissioner by this date. We request you to kindly ensure timely preparation and submission to avoid any non-compliance.
