GST Update – Transition Return filing enabled in GST portal

Further to the direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, CBIC has opened the GST portal for filing fresh transition credit form or revise the transition return already filed. The window for filing the return shall be open from 1st October 2022 and shall be open till 30th November 2022. This is the last opportunity available for all the taxpayers who have missed availing any transition credit. Therefore, any taxpayer who has missed availing any transition credit can make use of this opportunity and file for the transition credit.
