Due date for 1st and 2nd quarter ETDS return for FY 2020-21 is 31st March 2021

This is to bring to your kind attention that extension was provided through Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation and Amendment of Certain Provisions) Act, 2020 for certain due dates falling before 31st December 2020 till 31st March 2021. Accordingly the extended due date for filing 1st  and 2nd quarter TDS returns of FY 2020-21, is 31st March 2021. Kindly take care and file the TDS returns before 31st March 2021, if not filed till now.
