Kindly take necessary actions to make the payment within the due date. For taxpayers opting for Presumptive Taxation Scheme under section 44AD & 44ADA, 100% advance tax need to be paid before 15th March (4th quarter) and hence no requirement of making payment in instalments. CSR Contribution for FY 2020-21

CBIC clarifies on applicability of SC ruling on timeline-extension to judicial/quasi-judicial proceedings

The Supreme Court had passed suo moto orders granting relief to litigants by way of a blanket extension of the limitation period for filing of petitions, applications, suits, appeals or all other proceedings considering the exigencies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This applies to the limitation prescribed under general law of limitation or under special laws.
