Transitional ITC

You may be aware of the special accommodation given by the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India vs Filco Trade Centre Private Limited wherein the Apex Court had allowed all the assessees to claim/revise transitional ITC. Said option to claim/revise transitional ITC was made available to everyone during 1^st October 2022 to 30^th November 2022.

This is a gentle reminder as the last date to avail this opportunity is tomorrow.
