Due date for filing Annual return under POSH Act is 31st January 2022

This is to inform that the due date for filing Annual Return under POSH Act [Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013] for the year 2021 is 31^st January 2022. The Annual Return is to be filed to the Nodal Officer (District Magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner) of the particular area or district.

Brief particulars on applicability, setting up of the committee and conducting programmes are as follows:

1. Draft Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy
2. Constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
3. Notify to all Employees and others of the same -mentioning the names of the ICC Presiding Officer and other ICC members
4. Conduct orientation programmes and workshops for the employees and ICC members on periodical basis
5. File the annual return for every calendar year, before 31st January of following year (format attached herewith)PoSH_Annual-return
